Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via the email address you provided as well as a Tracking number. Box Perfect uses Royal mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24- 1-2 Business days. Tracked 48- 2-3 business days.
Responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer, and original shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, damaged returns cannot be accepted.

Any discounts on orders will be deducted from the return amount, please note that returns past 14 days cannot be refunded.
