By using this website, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Prices on our website are correct at the time of listing but may change without prior notice.

Please be aware that product colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.

While we make every effort to ensure our images accurately represent the actual products, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.​​​

All sizes and measurements provided are approximate. We strive for accuracy, but variations may occur between brands. 

Any identified discrepancies will be corrected as soon as possible.

When you place an order, you're requesting to buy our products. Your card will be authorized for the full amount, but payment will only be taken once your order has been dispatched.

Once we've checked the price and availability of your items, we (Box Perfect) will send you an email confirming your order- this is when the contract between You (the customer) and us (Box Perfect) is officially formed. If an item is unavailable or there's a pricing error, we will let you know, and no contract will be created.

If we (Box Perfect) need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be informed via email and issued a full refund. 

Once processed, refunds usually take 3-5 working days to show in your account
