Delivery

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via the email address you provided. Depending on the delivery option selected at checkout, and whether tracking is available, you’ll be able to get a rough estimate of when your order will arrive.

Return Policy

Responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer, and original shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, damaged returns cannot be accepted.

Item(s) must be sent back within 14 days.

Any discounts on orders will be deducted from the return amount, please note that returns past 14 days cannot be refunded. ​

To return:​

please email asap with your name and order number, we can email you a copy of the returns slip to include inside the returned order.

Refunds 

You will receive an email notification after your return has been received and inspected. Kindly allow at least 2-3 business days for this process. 

If your return has been approved, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically​

 applied to your original payment method within an amount of days ​

Cancellations 

​To cancel your order, please notify us promptly via email. If the cancellation occurs before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued as per your instructions. Kindly note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. In the event that your order has already shipped when you contact us, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost, and a return to sender fee will be incurred. Once your refund is initiated, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be processed and reflected in your account.
