Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via the email address you provided as well as a Tracking number. Box Perfect uses Royal mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24- 1-2 Business days. Tracked 48- 2-3 business days.

Responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer, and original shipping costs will not be eligible for a refund. ​​Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, damaged returns cannot be accepted. ​Item(s) must be sent back within 14 days. ​​Any discounts on orders will be deducted from the return amount, please note that returns past 14 days cannot be refunded. ​ To return:​ please email asap with your name and order number. You will receive an email notification after your return has been received and inspected. Kindly allow at least 2-3 business days for this process.
